In 2014, I founded Yoga Beoga with the aim of bringing yoga and mindfulness meditation to children and adolescents in school settings, clubs and yoga centers. My goal is to provide them with the skills to help them strengthen their bodies and minds in a fun and non-competitive way.
Research has shown that yoga and mindfulness helps young people to feel relaxed and centered. Life is constantly changing and presenting new challenges and these tools are needed more than ever. Through movement, breathing techniques and relaxation, yoga unites the body and mind to feel more grounded, focused and confident.
